Cpanel has a few specific features that Plesk doesn't have...such as automatic prefixes applied to DBs and DB Users...which is good if you provide web hosting because you never have to worry about a domain user not being able to use whatever name they want. Like, if you have two clients that use mambo, they can both call their database "mambo".
The other thing I like is the way you can create a registry file with mail account information for each mail account. More times than one, I have saved the registry file to my PC...using the client's mailname.reg for identification...then I email the file to the client and have them open it. Saves them from trying to config Outlook or Outlook Express if they don't know what they're doing.
Cpanel also allows for creating multiple ftp users.
Otherwise, I prefer the administrative UI of Plesk and I was also very impressed with Vdeck overall, as it had a better interface and seems to do everything Cpanel will do.
