Default Mail Server Madness!

I have several domains set up on a Plesk server and each has several email addresses that I like to pipe into my Outlook for constant monitoring. I have them all set up in Outlook using the exact same (relative) settings, yet two of them keep returning errors when sending/receiving. Its driving me nuts! Why would one address work fine and another not when they are both on the same mail server and are set up identically??? Anyone have a clue?

The two jomambo.com accounts are set up the same, but as you can see, jomaco1 is fine and webmaster results in errors.

Have you tried deleting and recreating on the server?

Can outlook ever read the mail? Or do you get these errors every time?

Are both the domains on the same server? If so sometime servers are setup to prevent pop3 flooding... perhaps this is the issue....

This certainly looks like a long list of POP accounts, can you try to add the last two accounts to a different send/receive group and run it at a different time interval

Actually I have tried setting up a seperate group for send/receive but it makes no difference. The problem is persisting and occaisionally, one the 3 trouble accounts will return without errors during a send/receive. Otherwise, nothing has changed. I also tried deleting an account and recreating it...still, it made no difference. I have checked and double checked that the settings are identical on all the accounts hosted on the Plesk server. I eve tried changing elements, like adding the entire email address for the login name...it made no difference.

Stumped.
