Joomla site css personalization

Hello all,

Where do I put CSS codes to personalize the layout of my Joomla site?
I don't really get where do I upload the templates, or hacks the CSS code to make my own layout in a Joomla powered website.

Is it even possible to create our own layout using CSS codes in a Joomla site? If yes, then can u pls direct me to where I can do that coz I've been clicking around almost everything on the Administration CP but nothing seems to be the one I'm looking for.

Administrator -> Site -> Templates -> Site Templates. Click the radio button next to the template you want to edit and click Edit CSS.

If you want your own template just upload the folder containing your template to /templates
