Hello

We're in the process of using Joomla to back-end a new website, but the admin pages seem to be unable to cope with having more than one admin user logged in at once - if more than one logs in, the session for the other is automatically terminated!

Any ideas how we can fix this? The admins are at different levels (some Manager, Admin, Super Admin), two are at the same LAN and one is somewhere else, some using Windows, others using Macs!

Any help much appreciated!!

It sounds like you are having problems with your server. Quite possibly no space left in the /tmp directory. I've seen installations with 15-20 people logged in to the administrator at the same time without any issues.

Hello Ali,

are all Admins are trying to login from the same userid & password?

If yes, then create seperate account for all all Admin users & then try.

You shouldn't have any problems with the multiple login problem. Hmm.
