Well, what do you think?
Is Joomla hosting really different from other hosting sites.

I had a normal host ,(actually hostgator) and I could easily install joomla with it and am starting to build a site with it. Till now, I had no problems.

So, what do you think are the features that a Joomla host should have?

Anything special? I would really like to know.

Does it really require dedicated hosting or some special features?

Hello,

You do not require special types of hosting, as long as the web-host has PHP and mySQL then they are fine!

Many company's have special pages about Mambo Hosting as they are targetting a niche market to increase their customer database. Its how businesses work - rather than targetting generic target markets.
