BuyHTTP Hiring Level 1 Tech Support Reps

BuyHTTP Internet Services is looking to hire additional support staff. We specialize in Mambo hosting, along with other systems like Joomla, WordPress, SMF, etc.

We are looking for level 1 helpdesk techs to work 1am-9am EST (GMT-5). Your duties will include answering support tickets and helping clients solve their problems. No phone support. Ticket volumes are fairly low due to our large knowledgebase and flash tutorials areas. Opportunities for advancement do exist.

Requirements:

Must have experience with cPanel/WHM in a Red Hat/ centOS environment
Must have experience installing, troubleshooting, and upgrading Mambo and Joomla. Experience with WordPress and SMF and popular Joomla and Mambo components is a plus. We specialize in Mambo and Joomla hosting so please don't respond without this experience.
Must have good problem solving skills and know how to find answers through forum searches, etc.
Must be over 18
Experience with ModernBill and Kayako is a plus, but not necessary
Fluent in English
Reliable internet connection
Self-motivated
Must be willing to sign non-disclosure agreement
