Not that it's integrated with Mambo, but I highly suggest Kayako eSupport. We are currently beta testing v3 (rc1 will be our shortly) and it is simply amazing. Right now our help desk is powered by v2.

From the other thread it appears as though you are using ModernBill. There is a login module for Kayako v3 so that when logging in, it actually checks info against the ModernBill user info so users don't need to register twice.

was referring to ticket system with modernbill, currently not using mambo user register/login only modernbill. you can demo the site here www.qeihosting.com

OSTicket certainly works, but it is nowhere near as comprehensive as a system like Kayako or Cerberus.

Kayako eSupport is best the but expensive for new business who may be on tight budgets!
Cerberus is good too !

We just rolled out Kayako v3 overnight. It's leap and bounds ahead of any other helpdesk system out there now.

Yes, a help desk is a MUST HAVE for any online business. We use the built in help desk in our billing system (ClientExec). It does a wonderful job for us!

There's a help desk for joomla. A component. WatTicket system... It does the job. But for high end support system refer the above ticket systems.
