Default redirect url (in hta?)
How can i redirect joomla url
eg site.com/index.php?component/option,com_letterman/task,view/Itemid,89/id,18/
to site.com/blacklist.php using the hta ?
have tried but it always messes up.

You can do it with mod_rewrite, but I would suggest using a program like Open SEF. Makes the management much easier.
