Default All forms give Javascript errors

I've got a site with the following setup ...

Database Version: 4.0.22
PHP Version: 4.3.10
Web Server: Apache/2.0.46 (Red Hat)
WebServer to PHP interface: apache2handler
Mambo Version: Mambo 4.5.2.1 Stable [ Titan Reloaded ] 19-Feb-2005 07:30 GMT

All forms, (default contact page and the Mambads install) error says "Javascript Application" Please fill all the fields marked with *!!

Issue 1: Has the error below got anything to do with things or not?

My Javascript Console in FF comes up with the following ....

Source File: http://www.utes.com.au/administrator/js/dhtml.js
Line: 2
Source Code:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

Issue 2 the file referred to doesn't exist on my server and it doesn't exist in the default download of Mambo 4.5.2

Issue 3: I've asked my web hoster about the issue and they can't find any issues.

I've been told by others when asking these questions that ... "there are issues with PHP 4.3.10 and mail functions in Mambo."

So if there is issues with the upgrade to PHP 4.3.10 which cause errors then what needs to be done to solve this? I need some more assistance than such vaigue answers?

I'm severly challenged in the server area and if I knew what was being meant by the above I would have solved the issue.

Anyone here any ideas .. all contributions greatfully accepted

OK an update

I copied the dhtml.js file from the 4.5.1 version onto the server and have got rid of that error. What was generating it I dunno but given the zero from all places I've posted this query I'll keep banging away and see what comes.

I'd report this to the bug tracker at www.mamboforge.net. Be sure to let them know your server info, things like apache version, php version, etc.
