Offering Free Websites

I am planning to offer free 4 page website to customers, and wanted ideas, as to how to go about implementing the offer.

1. Should a site builder software be of any help, that can be installed on the server, whereby allowing customers to directly set their login and password / contact info for accessing the site builder. Can you pls suggest of any site builder software of that sort. I have access to WHM and Cpanel.

2. Or else How can i use Mambo for offering free websites. Is there any tutorial slide show of mambo which i can give to customers who are new to mambo. I also would like the customer to write up all the info on my site and i create the account for them. Or have the Login Form that comes with mambo to get their contact details. Can that Login Form be edited to add more fields to collect the information.

i think u require a customized web application to do that. hire few PHP programmer to make a customized web application to achieve the result u r looking for.
