I experienced several problems this weekend that require support. I pulled up the email that had been sent to me about the new help support system. I tried that password and was told it was invalid. I tried all possible combinations. What was odd was in the original email, the username was blank and the password was not the same one I use for control panel. Close, but not exact.
I then tried using the combination that works for me on control panel. Again, no luck. I then tried to send an email to
help@buyhttp.com. The email was rejected because I wasn't known to the help system. I then did a WHOIS lookup and sent an email to the addresses listed there. Again, no response.
I decided to post one of my issues on this fourm. Again, no answer. I've looked throughout this site for some phone number or alternate way to contact support, but don't see any.
You folks may have fantastic turnaround times on support tickets, but if a user can't get to the systerm, they're stuck. You need to develop an alternate method. I would greatly appreciate someone getting back to me.
